Why can’t you tell me an exact price right now?
The price depends on the procedure, examination findings, lens choice and whether one or both eyes are treated. An estimate before travel may be provisional. Confirm the final plan and price in writing after an in-person examination.
Is the quote all-inclusive?
Treat only the items explicitly listed in your written quote as included. Check the scope and separate charges for examinations, surgery, medication, follow-up and additional visits. Plan travel expenses separately as well.
Are there any hidden fees?
Request an itemized quote before deciding and ask about exclusions, extra tests, medication refills and charges if the treatment plan changes.
How do I know which procedure I need?
Your needs and examination findings are assessed in person. A prescription shared beforehand can help the discussion, but cannot by itself determine suitability for SMILE PRO, NEW SMILE LASIK, LASEK, ICL or lens-based surgery.
What if I’m not a suitable candidate?
A remote review cannot confirm suitability for surgery. If an in-person examination shows surgery is unsuitable, discuss alternatives with your surgeon. Ask about examination and travel-related costs before making arrangements.
