We provide 24/7 emergency contact via WhatsApp. In-person care follow-ups are scheduled at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months. For serious issues, we coordinate with local ophthalmologists in your country.

Our coordinators speak English and basic Korean. For Mongolian language support, we arrange professional medical interpreters through partner agencies. Other languages available on request.

We will tell you honestly during the pre-surgery examination. If you are not eligible, we will refund all paid amounts (except non-refundable airfare and hotel bookings made independently).

Yes, family is welcome. Our open surgery suite allows family to observe (if you wish). We can arrange family-friendly accommodations and tourist activities during your recovery.

Re-surgery is rare but possible. Our policy is discussed during initial consultation. Most cases are covered under our aftercare policy. We prioritize getting it right the first time.
